On the journey of self-development, we’re continuously dying and being reborn. The old habits disappear and the new ones are formed. We process decaying pains: they dissolve to be replaced by fresh joys. Living in the physical body, we’re experiencing the ongoing cycles of death and rebirth.
When the Sun shines onto Earth during the short days of Winter at the beginning of February, something stirs in us. We’re still six weeks away from Spring in the Northern hemisphere. Yet, fresh drops of nourishing Spirit elixir are spreading through our energy field. The will to create arises in the mind anew. What seed shall I choose to cultivate this year?
May we be filled with Light in these dark Winter days. May we overcome technological coldness, and connect through human warmth. May we have the courage to share our genuine song with each other.
Breathe, relax, slow down. Connect with your Highest Self. Allow pure Light flow through your column of Light, purifying the shadows. Wake up. Look at the world around you and at yourself in fresh Light. Allow your Soul to guide you. Its innate strength will lead you to practices that will nourish you on all levels.
Our key responsibility as human beings on the Earth right now is to continuously work at keeping our inner flame alive while diligently deconstructing personal myths and fears, notions we’re accustomed to, opinions without which we think we’ll be lost.
The cosmic dance inspires us to step into the world of matter, into the grind of the daily routines where we have a chance to share Love with each other.
Let’s turn our gaze inward, away from the artificial shine of the New York City’s Times Square. Away from the intruding glare of the media. Away from the polished gloss of emptiness.
